2024 Las Vegas Market Trip To Las Vegas Market Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins January 12, and ends January 19, 2024(the “Contest Period”). Qualified contestants may enter by registering to attend Las Vegas Market at World Market Center at https://www.xpressreg.net/register/LVMW0224/start.asp?sc=NINA by January 19, 2024.

2. WHO MAY ENTER. Contest is open to all individuals who are or will be registered buyers of the 2024 Winter Las Vegas Market at World Market Center by January 19, 2024 using Nina Takesh’s unique link who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years old as of January 15, 2024(“Qualified Buyers”).

3. DRAWING. Designers registered for the 2024 Winter Las Vegas Market, by January 19, 2024 will be entered to win a trip to Las Vegas Market. Winner will be selected by a random drawing held no later than January 22, 2024, by ANDMORE, whose decisions concerning all matters related to the contest shall be final. Winner does not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram and email by January 22, 2024. Winners must be present at Market.

4. PRIZES. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Prize(s) are as follows:

• Two (2) nights hotel accommodation at a hotel located in Las Vegas, Nevada as determined by ANDMORE. All other expenses, whether paid separately or charged to Winner’s hotel account, will be solely the responsibility of Winner.

• A two-way airline ticket to Las Vegas (not to exceed $500 per flight) booked and reserved by ANDMORE team.

Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all tax liabilities and expenses not expressly provided for above. Winner may be selected via random drawing. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state, and local taxes (if any). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prizes is less than $5,000.00. ANDMORE, LLC assumes no liability whatsoever in connection with the Prizes. Additionally, ANDMORE, LLC makes no representations or warranties as to the Prizes, and the winners accept the Prizes “as is.”

5. GENERAL RULES. Contest offered to eligible contestants, but void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this contest, contestants agree to be bound by these rules and hereby release ANDMORE, LLC, and their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assignees from any and all liabilities for any losses, claims, damages or injuries arising out of their participation in this contest or the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use, misuse, acceptanceor redemption of any prize. All decisions made by ANDMORE, LLC on all matters relating to this contest are final. ANDMORE, LLC is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries not received in time for the drawing. Entry materials that are incomplete or illegible are void and will not be accepted. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Submission of entry constitutes permission to use contestant’s name and/or likeness, if selected as the winning entry in the random drawing, for purposes of advertising and promotion (if any) without further compensation. ANDMORE, LLCreserves the right to suspend or terminate the contest in the event the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is jeopardized.
